Applicants to the Japanese confectionery class (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") are requested to apply to the Japanese confectionery class of Wada Wagashi (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") after agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The purpose of this Japanese confectionery class is to enjoy making Japanese confectioneries. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  1. From the beginning to the end of Party B's Japanese confectionery class, Party A must follow Party B's instructions to ensure safety and hygiene.
  2. These terms and conditions shall remain valid at all times while Party A is participating in Party B's Japanese confectionery class.
  3. Party A acknowledges that there are risks associated with fire and certain cooking utensils when participating in Party B's Japanese confectionery class.
  4. Party A shall participate in Party B's Japanese confectionery class at their own responsibility and risk.
  5. By the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 above, Party A shall bear all risks and social or legal responsibilities as a participant. Party B shall be exempt from any liability for accidents, injuries, damages, or harm of any kind that may occur within Party B's Japanese confectionery class, regardless of the circumstances.
  6. Party A may use the information and techniques provided by Party B for third parties (except for cases where knowledge is taught to third parties for profit). When used for third parties, Party A assumes all responsibility. Party B shall be exempt from any liability in any case regarding the consequences.
  7. Party B shall not assume any responsibility for Party A regarding Party B's Japanese confectionery class, information, techniques, etc., and shall not provide any guarantees regarding their nature.
  8. In the event that Party A causes damage to other participants, third parties, or Party B due to a violation of these terms and conditions or other actions related to Party B's Japanese confectionery class, Party A shall resolve and compensate for the damages at their own responsibility and expense.
  9. Party B shall be exempt from any damages incurred by Party A during the journey to and from Party B's Japanese confectionery class.
  10. Party A may take home the Japanese confectionery created at Party B's Japanese confectionery class. However, when Party A consumes the confectionery at home or elsewhere, Party A assumes responsibility for it, and Party B shall not be liable for the confectionery outside of the Japanese confectionery class.
  11. Regardless of intent or negligence, Party A is prohibited from engaging in the following acts at Party B's Japanese confectionery class:
    - Unauthorized absence, tardiness without prior notice, or attendance by someone other than Party A without notification. The cancellation policy is as stated in paragraph 13.
    - Acts deemed to slander, defame, or cause mental distress to others.
    - Acts that may hinder the participation of Party B's Japanese confectionery class operator or other participants, or cause economic damage such as coercion or extortion.
    - Any acts of commercial nature, including sales activities of products, photography or filming, solicitation for religion or organizations, etc., that are contrary to the purpose of Party B's Japanese confectionery class.
    - Unauthorized entry to areas not designated for use in Party B's Japanese confectionery class and use of equipment.
    - Posting still images, videos, and recipes from Party B's Japanese confectionery class on media without Party B's permission, or reproducing and distributing them.
    - Any other acts deemed inappropriate or unreasonable by Party B in the operation of the Japanese confectionery class, and any acts contrary to the law.
  12. If Party A is found to have violated the provisions of paragraph 11, Party B may refuse Party A's participation in Party B's Japanese confectionery class in any case. Furthermore, Party A shall be fully responsible for any damages caused to Party B or third parties.
  13. In case of canceling participation in Party B's Japanese confectionery class, please contact Party B by email at least 5 days before the event date. Cancellation fees will apply as follows if cancellation is made after 5 days before the event date:
    - Cancellation on the previous day or the event day: Full participation fee
    - Cancellation 2 to 4 days before the event: Half of the participation fee
  14. Party A agrees not to commercially teach information and techniques about Japanese confectioneries to third parties.
  15. Party B reserves the right and authority to change, delete, or supplement these terms and conditions at any time for the operation of Party B's Japanese confectionery class.
